In what ways are web hosting and maintenance important?

What’s the Difference Between Web hosting and Website Maintenance? They are two very different things, although they are often confused. You host your website on a web hosting company’s server, which is basically a computer running specialized software, and that is where all website files are kept, it is a service that you pay for. Site maintenance is the part where you take care of your website by regularly updating it and ensuring it’s security is ideal. It is essentially an ongoing process that keeps your website up to date.
If you ask any developer, they will tell you that it is critical to have a good, updated site because people don’t like old, outdated sites. It is frustrating when all of the latest technology is not used to update sites.
That is why businesses must have a good site maintenance plan. Many technical terms accompany site maintenance, and I will break down a few.
Website Hosting
A web hosting service provides disk space and computing resources for your website, blog, or eCommerce store. Web hosting can also describe the company or ‘host’ that provides this service. The speed in which a website loads in a browser is dependant on the overall speed of the server – A hosting company that resells space on their servers to their clients, like you and me – A combination of the two. A web host may have their servers and resell space on the servers that they don’t need or are not in use.
In all cases, a web host will provide the space for storing files and data that make up your website and the bandwidth required to serve these files to the world. This is called shared hosting. If a host-only provides space and bandwidth but doesn’t provide server space and bandwidth, they’re a managed hosting provider. They’re a cloud computing provider if a host offers both space and bandwidth but doesn’t provide server space and bandwidth.
There are two main types of hosting services:
Shared Website Hosting
Dedicated Website Hosting
Shared hosting means that multiple websites are hosted on one server, they share resources such as disk space, CPU, and memory and how much traffic your website will receive.
Listed below are a few examples of paid web hosting:
In general, Hostinger is the best web hosting company available
It’s safe to say that Bluehost is an excellent web host.
